Calotherm Win a Watch Challenge - Terms & Conditions

Using your skill and judgement, rank the statements detailing 8 uses of the product in order of importance (i.e. 1 being the most important, 8 being the least useful).

Everyone who lists the order of importance in the same ranking as our independent panel of judges will win a watch worth up to £5000.

1. Entry is open to all UK, Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of PC Com, Calotherm, their agencies or anyone professionally associated with them.
2. To Enter: Purchase any Calotherm product 1st May 2009 and 31st May 2010 ("the promotional period"). Then visit www.calotherm.co.uk and using your skill and judgement, rank the 8 statements detailing the features of the Calotherm cleaning range of products into what you consider the order of importance (i.e. 1 being the most useful, 8 the least). All those who have submitted the same ranking as an independent panel of judges and can produce the till receipt for the purchase of the Calotherm product (the details must match those entered online), will win a watch of their choice up to the value of £5000. You may enter once for each Calotherm product purchased up to a maximum of 4 entries per purchase transaction and no more than one email address per household. Automated or multiple applications (after the maximum allowed) will be considered invalid.
3. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on May 31st 2010 and the Judging will take place w/c 7th June 2010.
4. Winners will be notified in writing by June 30th 2010.
5. Any winner who cannot produce the relevant purchase receipt for verification within 28 days of their win notification will have their win invalidated.
6. In the event that no entrant submits the same ranking as the judges, all entries will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a watch of the winner's choice up to the value of £5000. The till receipt for the purchase of the Calotherm product (the details must match those entered online) will still be required as verification. Should the winner not be able to produce the required till receipt, the prize draw will take place again
7. The judging panel will convene after the closing date and for your total reassurance will be chaired by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
8. Winners names and solution will be available after 1st July 2010 by sending an SAE to Calotherm Competition, Dept 10884, PO Box 999, Tring, Herts, HP23 4ZP.
9. The information that you supply to us for the purposes of registration must be true and correct.
10. We try to ensure the standard of the Site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. Calotherm reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. We do not warrant that the Site and its contents are free from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Internet software or transmission problems may produce inaccurate or incomplete copies of information and materials that may be downloaded and displayed onto your computer. We will not be liable for any errors, changes or omissions that occur during transmission of information and materials. It is your responsibility to protect your computer(s) against any viruses and ensure that information and data submitted to us are free of harmful components.
11. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
12. Contact details and information provided by you in registering may be used by Calotherm in line with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

16. By participating to this promotion you authorise us to pass your details onto to GRG ONE FEE LIMITED for the purpose of processing your entry.
17. By taking up the offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
